Squeaky Jeep brakes in Musaffah – where to get them sorted?

My 2019 Grand Cherokee has been making this embarrassing squealing noise every time I stop at a traffic light near the Mussafah industrial area, and I’m pretty sure the front pads are down to the last few millimeters. I called a couple of random garages but the quotes varied wildly and honestly I don’t trust some of them to use genuine parts.
