Anyone faced delay setting up FAB online banking in UAE

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask something that has been bothering me since last week. I opened a First Abu Dhabi Bank account recently and was told I could manage everything through online banking, but things have not gone as smoothly as expected.

I tried to register using the app after receiving my debit card, but it looks like my profile is not fully active yet. The system accepts some of my details but then stops at the verification stage, and I do not get any code on my phone. I even checked with my company and they said my number should already be linked.

The main issue now is that I cannot check my balance easily. I am waiting for my first proper salary transfer and I have no clear way to confirm if it has been credited unless I go out and find an ATM. That is not always possible with my work schedule, so it is getting a bit stressful.

I am wondering if this is a normal delay with FAB accounts in the UAE or if I need to visit the branch again to activate online access properly. If anyone has gone through this and managed to register successfully, please share how you did it and how you usually check your balance once everything is working.
