Just booked my Audi for a full service, what should I expect them to actually do

I’ve booked my Audi in for what the garage calls a “full service” and I want to make sure I’m getting what I pay for. I’m not a mechanic, so I don’t really know what should be included beyond an oil change. I found a really comprehensive article online that listed all the steps of a proper service, and it was full of premium German car servicing details that I had no idea about. It mentioned things like a full brake system inspection including fluid, testing the battery and all the complex electrical systems, and even checking the suspension components. It’s a lot more involved than I thought. For those who own Audis or similar cars, do you find that most good garages here cover all these points automatically, or do you have to ask for a specific service package to get the full checklist done?
